Meet Ally Hunter Blair

Ally is a partner in a 500 acre family farm near Ross-On-Wye. Ally & the farm have featured on a number of TV programmes the most recent being Discovery’s – “Born Mucky – Life on the Farm”.

Ally Hunter Blair will be sharing his farming stories and knowledge in the Muddy Boots Theatre at 11am and 1:45pm. He will also be giving talks in the Livestock Ring.

Get ready to unleash your inner superhero at CountryTastic (28 March 2024) – the 2024 theme is all about celebrating our incredible Farming Heroes!

At CountryTastic 2024 we’ll be honouring the exceptional individuals in the farming community who champion sustainable practices, advocate for mental health, raise awareness about agriculture, and preserve our beautiful countryside.

Throughout the event, the Farming Heroes theme will weave its magic – from visitors rocking fabulous fancy dress to exciting new features and familiar favourites. Plus, meet inspiring Farming Heroes on-site, ready to answer your questions and share their incredible stories.

Wear your best superhero fancy dress!

Embrace the spirit of the theme by throwing on a homemade cape, wearing a mask, or even dressing up as a superhero from your favourite book, TV show, or another planet. However you choose to participate, we’re counting down the days until we can all celebrate Farming Heroes together at CountryTastic!

Don’t forget to visit the selfie station to have your photo taken in your fantastic superhero outfit and to colour in a superhero mask.
